If you are interested in joining us as a Wholetime Firefighter, you should be aware that we are not planning to recruit any Trainee Firefighters in 2008/2009. When we are in a position to run a recruitment campaign, we will advertise in the local press and on this website.
If you would like further information about the role of a Firefighter and the selection process, we can send you a DVD which also includes a self assessment questionnaire. You can still apply, whatever the results, but it will help you think through the demands of the role and whether it is suitable for you.
