Rescue pumps have a similar fire fighting capability to the Water Tender/Water Tender Ladder. In addition to their fire fighting equipment they have an enhanced rescue capability.
Additional equipment carried includes;

• Heavy-duty hydraulic rescue equipment.
• Pneumatic lifting units.
• Electric and mechanical winching equipment.

Rescue pumps carry a crew of up to 8 fire fighters.

These appliances are based at Attleborough, Aylsham, Cromer, Dereham, Diss, Downham Market, Fakenham, Great Yarmouth, Holt, Hunstanton, King's Lynn, Loddon, Long Stratton, Methwold, Norwich, Sprowston, Stalham, Swaffham, Thetford, Watton.
