Young drivers experience from Norfolk County Council

Young Driver Experience is an exciting new scheme aimed at improving your skills and lowering your insurance premium.

To be eligible you must be:

A resident of Norfolk

A full car licence holder (Cat B)

Under 25 or have passed the driving test within the last 2 years
